- All return packages must be shipped within 30 days of the date of original purchase.
- Upon the arrival of your package to our fulfillment site, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit and exchange.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange for items purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you wish to have a full refund, you must contact us and ship the item(s) within 15 days of the original purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.

You cannot return or exchange if:

- If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
- If the original tags are not attached.
